1. Enrollment By filling out the signup form, you agree to become an affiliate of Herbivara. We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our sole discretion.
2. Commissions and Payouts
- Rate: You will earn a commission of 15% on the subtotal of eligible sales (excluding shipping and taxes) generated through your unique referral link.
- Payout Schedule: Commissions are paid once a month via PayPal.
- Minimum Threshold: Your balance must reach $50 before a payout is issued.
- Grace Period: Payouts are processed 30 days after the sale to allow for any customer returns. If a customer refunds an order, the corresponding commission will be deducted.
3. Promotion Guidelines
- No Spam: You agree not to use spam/unsolicited emails to promote our products.
- Social Media: You must strictly follow the terms of service of any social media platform you use (Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
- FTC Disclosure: You must clearly disclose your relationship with Herbivara (e.g., “Ad,” “Sponsored,” or “I earn a commission”) in your posts, as required by law.
4. Restricted Keywords (PPC) You are NOT allowed to bid on keywords containing “Herbivara” or misspellings of our brand name on Google Ads or other search engines.
5. Termination We reserve the right to terminate your affiliate account at any time if you violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
